• Application period opens for the October Certified Ambulatory Infection Preventionist (CAIP)^® exam

Monday, August 5–Tuesday, August 6

• ASCA’s Sterile Processing & Infection Prevention in the ASC virtual course streams live. (This course can also be purchased as part of ASCA’s 2024 Virtual Course Bundle; it will be available on demand after the live event)

Monday, August 12–Friday, August 16

• Celebrate ASCA’s seventh annual Member Appreciation Week! This is an exclusive, members-only celebration to express how grateful ASCA is for its members

Thursday, August 15

• Data submission deadline for ASC-20: COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage Among Health Care Personnel (covering 2024 Q1 data)
• Second-quarter (Q2) reports from ASCA’s 2024 Clinical & Operational Benchmarking Survey are available to subscribers

Thursday, August 22 

• ASCA Chief Advocacy Officer Kara Newbury will provide the “ASCA Update” session at 11:30 am CT at the IASCA 2024 Annual Meeting, August 22–23 in Rosemont, IL

• Application period closes for the October CAIP^® exam
